Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by location:

• United States: 5–10 business days

• Canada: 7–14 business days

• International: 10–21 business days

Please note: Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons or due to customs delays.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses, carrier issues, or customs. If your package is delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Gloss Theory is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
